This page sets out all the terms, rights and responsibilities that apply to using the supar baji platform. Please read the entire document carefully before becoming a member.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2025. supar baji reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the supar baji platform and all associated services. By visiting the supar baji website, creating an account, or using any of its services, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

supar baji provides online betting and casino gaming services to users in Bangladesh. To learn more about our goals and policies regarding the use of this platform, visit our About Us page.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall be considered authoritative. supar baji reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of supar baji, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Information required at registration includes: full name, date of birth, mobile number and password. It is the user's own responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

Login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You should not share your password or OTP with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the supar baji support team immediately.

After creating an account, you may be asked to submit specific documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Updating Account Information

If your phone number or personal details change, you must update your account profile promptly. supar baji is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to use the supar baji platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Persons under 21 are completely prohibited from creating an account or placing bets on this site.

Warning: If account verification shows that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, anyone who has voluntarily excluded themselves or been excluded from online gaming for any reason may not open an account on supar baji. For more information on responsible gaming, please read our Responsible Gaming page.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on supar baji are currently accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. supar baji reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until identity verification is complete.

The payment method used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered in the name of that user. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Records

supar baji keeps records of all transactions. If there is an issue with any transaction, the user must contact us with the transaction reference number. In the event of any transaction-related dispute, supar baji's server records will be considered the final evidence.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

supar baji offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • There may be a maximum bet amount when wagering with bonus funds.
  • Bonuses cannot be cancelled or withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • While one bonus offer is active, another bonus offer may not apply.
  • supar baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.

5.3 VIP Program

The supar baji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is based on the week's net losses.

Eligibility to move to a higher tier depends on regular activity and active participation. supar baji reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on supar baji are final once a confirmation message is received. supar baji reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a system fault.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, those odds apply. In live betting, odds can change quickly.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. If an event is postponed after a set time, supar baji will determine the outcome of the bet according to the applicable rules.

6.4 Multi Bet

A multi bet or combi bet can be placed by combining multiple selections. For a multi bet, all selections must be correct to receive a payout — if one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

7. Casino and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Results

All casino game results on supar baji are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the relevant game page.

7.2 Live Casino

If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of the round in progress will be determined based on the data stored on the server. supar baji is not liable for losses caused by connection issues.

7.3 Game Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect payout to be displayed, supar baji reserves the right to pay the correct amount. Any funds accumulated as a result of a clear error may be voided.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the supar baji platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or attempting to meet bonus requirements by artificial means.
  • Registering using fake or another person's identity documents.
  • Hacking, cracking or attempting unauthorised access to the system.
  • Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds in the account may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by supar baji

If there is a suspicion of a breach of the Terms, or if an investigation is required, supar baji may temporarily suspend an account at any time without prior notice. If the investigation concludes that the user is innocent, the account will be reactivated.

9.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their own account if they wish. Any balance remaining in the account should be withdrawn before closure. Funds remaining in a closed account will be returned in accordance with the applicable process.

9.3 Voluntary Break

If you want to take a break, you can use a temporary account lock or self-exclusion. Contact our support team for more information on this.

10. Limitation of Liability

supar baji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, technical disruptions may occasionally occur. supar baji is not liable for losses caused by server maintenance or issues with third-party service providers.

supar baji accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from bets or gaming based on the user's own decisions. All gaming-related decisions are entirely the user's own.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Submitting a Complaint

If you have a dispute or complaint, you must first contact the supar baji customer service team directly. Support is available in both Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat or email.

11.2 Resolution of Disputes

All disputes will be initially resolved through supar baji's internal review process. If you are not satisfied with the internal resolution, the designated mediation process must be followed.

11.3 Time Limit

Any dispute regarding a transaction or gaming result must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 Privacy

To find out how your personal information is collected, stored and used, please read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the legal agreement alongside these terms and conditions.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. The closest applicable provision under relevant law will apply in place of the unenforceable part.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and other specific policies of supar baji together form the complete agreement between the user and supar baji. No oral or written promise beyond these is binding.
